Our youth are dealing with challenges today that can be lessened with access to positive role models and community activities. “Make Your Mark Youth Outreach” emerged out of a pursuit to become more engaged with the youth in our community, and a desire to continue the legacy of our late father, Officer Mark R. Ratliff. Established in 2018, we’re a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, with progressive ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support. We appreciate your help with our efforts.

OUR MISSION
Here at "Make Your Mark Youth Outreach Inc", we are driven by a single goal; to encourage the youth to Make Their Mark! Our decision making process is informed by being active members of the community we serve. We strive to offer the youth a sense of community, provide them life skills through mentor-ship, and ultimately encourage them to leave lasting impressions.

- Offering a Sense of Community -
At Make Your Mark Youth Outreach, we understand the role sports play in strengthening the community we serve. We are excited to offer affordable league enrollment for youths ages 5-17, made possible by our volunteer coaches, and donations from people like you! With your help, we were able to enroll over 80 kids in our basketball league. Interested in becoming a coach? Contact our team to be considered
MENTOR-SHIP
- Providing Life Skills -
With this initiative, our goal is to provide a resource to our youth in the form of a mentor. With access to the right resources, young people become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Interested in being a mentor? VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit we would love for you or your teen to complete community service hours with our organization. We are in need of Youth Leaders, Youth Counselors, Event hands, and Promotional Street Team Members. We offer service hours for college prep, graduation, fraternity or sorority, resume building, leisure, or legal. Contact us to volunteer!

At Make Your Mark Youth Outreach, we are constantly planning community events as we especially look forward to community fellowship! We know that togetherness makes for a strong foundation so we like to spend time with the community we service regularly. From our annual community Easter Egg Hunt, to our community trunk or treat or our back to school drive, we speak to the youth in a language we all understand, FUN!
